Ho Mandir Ki Sidhi Ya Masjid Ka Jeena
Gurudwar Ya Girja Ghar Saibaba
Ho Mandir Ki Sidhi Ya Masjid Ka Jeena
Gurudwar Ya Girja Ghar Saibaba
Sarovar Ka Tal Kya Hai Sagar Se Gahari
Teri Ekta Ki Nazar Saibaba
Tu Hai Deenbandhu Tu Dukhiyo Ka Rakshak
Tu Sachhaiyon Ka Sikhar Saibaba
Tere Sad Wicharon Ka Is Dil Pe Mere
Kuch Aisa Hua Hai Asar Saibaba
Jahan Dekhta Hun Wahan Tu Hi Tu Hai
Idhar Saibaba Udhar Saibaba
Tu Rama Ka Pyara Tu Rab Ka Dulara
He Sai Krishna Ka Avtar Hai Tu
Nigahon Me Teri Koi Sikh Nahin Hai
Na Isai Koi Na Muslim Na Hindu
Teri Bhawana Ka Dhanush Hai Rangila
Badan Me Hai Samta Ke Phulon Ki Khusbu
Tera Naam Japte Hain Mathura Ke Pandit
Tere Dar Pe Aate Hain Kashi Ke Sadhu
Suna Hai Ki Vaikunth Se Bhi Jyada
Manohar Hai Tera Nagar Saibaba
Nirasha Ke Man Me Samanway Ki Banshi
Bajayee Hai Tune Aye Shirdi Ke Girdhar
Nahin Koi Bhedbhaw Tere Dar Pe Sai
Tera Dar Hai Bhakti Ke Uphar Ka Dar
Dayawan Deva Tu Bharta Hai Jholi
Banata Hai Dukhiyon Ke Bigare Mukaddar
Mohabbat Ki Siksha Tu Deta Hai Bhiksha
Aye Nirdhan Ke Swami Daya Ke Samandar
Sradhdha Saburi Hai Awaj Teri
Nirali Hai Teri Dagar Saibaba
Kai Saal Pehle Main Bhatka Hua Tha
Shararat Ke Paani Me Dubi Thi Kaya
Bade Hi Adab Se Mere Sar Pe Jabse
Biraaji Hai Sai Teri Hast Chhaya
Samajh Me Aaya Ki Chal Aur Kapat Se
Jyada Hai Behtar Mohabbat Ki Maya
Na Dushman Hai Koi Na Begana Koi
Na Beri Koi Na Koi Hai Paraya
Timir Ke Shiwir Sikhaya Hai Tune
Mujhe Mitrata Ka Hunur Saibaba
Jahan Dekhta Hun Wahan Tu Hi Tu Hai
Idhar Saibaba Udhar Saibaba
Jahan Dekhta Hun Wahan Tu Hi Tu Hai

Sai Baba’s Unique Teachings
- Look to me and I will look to you. TRUST the GURU fully. That is the only
Sadhana. Guru is all Gods.
- I will not allow my devotees to fall. Night and day, I think of my people.
- Sit Quiet. I will do the needful. I will take you to the goal.
- I will never leave any one in the middle.
- All that you see taken together is Myself, he who thinks that BABA is only
at Shirdi has totally failed to see BABA
- Whatever you do, do thoroughly, else do not undertake.
- One has to implicitly obey the guru's order, both in spiritual and wordly
matters.
- "What God gives is never exhausted and what man gives never lasts!"
Places to Visit in Shirdi.
Samadhi Mandir
Samadhi Mandir of Shri Sai Baba was actually owned by a millionaire from Nagpur, a famous
Sai devotee Shreemant Gopalrao. Gopalrao wanted to keep an idol of Murlidhar here. However,
Baba himself became Murlidhar and the Mandir became the Samadhi Mandir of Baba.
The Mandir is built with stones and Baba's Samadhi is built with white marble stones. A railing
is built in marble around the Samadhi and is full of ornamental decorations. In front of the
Samadhi are two silver pillars full of decorative designs. Just behind the Samadhi is Sai Baba's
marvelous statue made of Italian marble which shows him seated on a throne. This idol was
made by late Balaji Vasant.
This statue was installed on 7th October 1954. Above the statue is an open, silver umbrella. The
front of the Mandir has an assembly hall where about 600 devotees can be accomadated.
The routine of the temple starts at 5 o'clock in the morning with Bhoopali, a morning song, and
closes at 10 o'clock in the night after Shejarati is sung. Only on three occasions the temple is kept
open overnight .ie. on Gurupoornima, Dassera, and Ramnavami. Every
Thursday and on each fesitival, a Palakhi with Baba's photo is taken out from the temple.
Dwarkamai
Shri Sai Baba came to Shirdi with a marriage procession. He stayed at Dwarkamai till the very
end of his life. Dwarkamai is situated on the right side of the entrance of Samadhi Mandir. Here
he solved problems of the people, cured their sickness and worries. Before Baba's arrival in
Shirdi, Dwarkamai was an old mosque in a dilapidated condition. Baba turned it into Dwarkamai
and proved that God is one.
The first level of Dwarkamai has a portrait of Baba and a big stone on which Baba used to sit.
This level has two rooms. One contains the chariot and the second a palkhi. Just in front of the
room where the chariot is kept is a small temple. A saffron flag flies over it. The second level of
Dwarkamai has a square stool made of stone, which Baba used for taking a bath.
The main attraction of this place is the oil painting of Shri Sai Baba sitting in a carved wooden
shrine. This level also has the grinding stone and the wooden vessel called Kolamba in which
Baba used to keep the Bhiksha brought from the village.
Gurusthan
Sai Baba first came to Shirdi in the form of Bal Yogi - a child ascetic. He was first spotted seated
under a Neem tree. This place came to be known as Gurusthan. The renovation of Gurusthan
was made on 30th September, 1941. The present temple was built after this period. There is a
small shrine in Gurusthan. On a elevated platform of this shrine a big portrait of Baba is placed. On the side is a marble statue of Baba. In front of the portrait is a Shivling and the Nandi. Photos
of twelve Jyotirlingas are kept in the temple. The branches of the Neem tree have come out
through the roof of the temple.
At a short distance lies Baba's CHAVADI. Baba used to sleep here every alternate day. The
Chavadi is divided into two parts. One part of the Chavadi has a large portrait of Baba along with
a wooden bed and a white chair belonging to him.
There is a cottage of Abdul Baba, an ardent devotee of Shri Sai Baba, in front of the Chavadi.
The Lendi Bagh was looked after by Abdul Baba. There are photos and various things which
were handled by Sai Baba and Abdul Baba in the cottage.
There is a Maruti Mandir located at some distance from the cottage of Abdul Baba. This
mandir was visited by Baba for the sat-sang with Devidas, a Balyogi, who lived at the Mandir
ten to twelve years before Baba arrived.
There are also temples of village deities named Shani, Ganapati, and Shankar to be visited.
Lendi Bagh
At some distance from Gurusthan there is the Lendi Baug. This Bagh was made and watered
daily by Baba himself. It got its name from a
Nalla (a drain) which used to previously flow there. Baba used to come here every morning and
afternoon and take rest under a Neem tree.
Baba dug a pit, 2 feet deep, under the Neem tree and kept a Deep lit in that pit. One octangular
Deepgriha called Nanda Deep has been built in marble stone in memory of this place. It
constantly burns in a glass box. On one side of the Deepgriha is a Peepal tree and on the other
side is a Neem tree.
Some distance away is a Datta Mandir below an Audumbar tree. In the Mandir there is a
statue of Datta built in marble stone. The statue of Datta was installed on 6th December, 1976.
Just behind the Datta Mandir is a Samadhi of the horse, Shyamsundar which belonged to Baba
and which used to bow to him.
Lendi Baug also has a well dug by Baba with the cooperation of his devotees.
At the entrance of the Baug are the Samadhi's of ardent Sai devotees Tatya Kote Patil,
Bhau Maharaj Kumbhar, Nanavalli and Abdul Baba.
Khandoba Mandir
This temple is situated on the main road. In front of this temple Baba was welcomed by Poojari
Mhalsapati, of this temple, saying "Aao Sai", when Baba stepped in Shridi. In this temple there
are icons of Khandoba, Banai and Mhalsai.
Sai Baba’s Quotes from Sri Sai Satcharita.
Sai Baba: "If I accept one rupee from anyone as 'dakshina', I have to return many more times of
it. I never accept anything gratis from anybody nor do I ask for 'dakshina' indiscriminately. I only
ask and take from him towards whom the 'Fakir' (God) points out. If anyone is indebted in his
previous birth to the 'Fakir", then only 'dakshina' is received from him. The donor gives and sows
the seeds to reap a rich harvest in future.
Wealth should only be used to earn 'Dharma'. If it is used for personal enjoyment, it is wasted.
Unless you have given charity before, you cannot, get it now. So, the best way to receive is to
give. The giving of'dakshina' leads to Vairagya' (non-attachment) and thereby to 'Bhakti and'
Gyan."
Sai Baba: "Why should you fear when I am there. Cast all burdens on Me, I shall bear them."
Sai Baba: "Have faith in Me. Even though I give up this body, My bones in My Samadhi will
give you hope and confidence. Not only I but My Samadhi would be speaking, moving and
communicating with those who surrender to Me whole heartedly. Do not feel disappointed that I
would be away from you. You will hear my bones speaking and discussing your welfare. If you
remember Me constantly and have faith in Me, heart and soul, you shall be greatly benefited."
Sai Baba: "Keeping your mind steady continue to do your duty fearlessly and have faith in My
words. If My 'Leela's' [deeds] are written, 'avidya' [nescience/ ignorance] will vanish and if these
are attentively and devotedly listened to, the consciousness of the worldly existence will abate,
and strong waves of devotion will arise. If one dives deep into My 'Leela's', he shall obtain
precious jewels of knowledge."
Sai Baba: "My Guru never taught Me any Mantra, how could I then blow any Mantra in your
ears? Just remember that Guru's tortoise like loving glance gives us happiness. Do not, therefore,
try to get Mantra or sermon [Updesh] from anybody. Make Me the sole object of your thoughts
and actions and you will, no doubt attain 'Parmartha'- the spiritual goal of life. Look at Me
whole-heartedly and I, in turn, will look at you similarly."
Sai Baba: "Give [Charity] with faith and magnanimity [liberally]; give with modesty, sympathy
and respectfully.”
Sai Baba: "He who loves me most, always experiences my presence. The whole world is
desolate to him without Me"
Sai Baba: "If you spread your palms with devotion before Me, I shall immediately be with you
at any time of the day and night. Though I am here physically yet I know all that happens beyond
the seven seas. Seated in your heart, I am in fact your Inner Self. Always worship Him alone
who is seated in your heart as well as in the hearts of all beings. Blessed and fortunate indeed is
he, who is aware of My omnipresent and omniscient form."

tujhe takkeya toh lagga mujhe aise..
k jaise meri Eid ho gayi...
ek pal mein hazaaron hajj ho gaye..
jab teri deed ho gayi...
ghada kachcha tha...yakeen par pakka tha..
ishq sohni mahiwal wala sacha tha...
gale maut ke mille woh jab hass ke...
toh zindagi kareeb ho gayi....
tujhe takkeya toh lagga mujhe aise...
k jaise meri Eid ho gayi...
tera naam le k jab main pukaarta...
jagg chandra hai mujhe taahne maarta..
main yaari tere sang jab se lagaayi...
yeh duniya rakeeb ho gayi...
tujhe takkeya toh lagga mujhe aise...
k jaise meri Eid ho gayi...
tere ishq wali takkddi mein tullna...
sooli chad k vi tenu nahio bhullna..
toh jeene ki umeed ho gayi..
tujhe takkeya toh lagga mujhe aise...
k jaise meri Eid ho gayi...
ek pal mein hazaaron hajj ho gaye..
jab teri deed ho gayi..
